These funds are available 30-days after onboarding and valid for 12-months. Current DR and Generac Dealers who place a SSO qualify for an accrual of Co-Op funds based on a percentage of theirlast years net sales (Excluding service parts, subscription purchases, extended warranties and Industrial product purchasesoutside of the Protector Plus program). These funds are available in January each year and expire 12/31 of the same year. Mean Green Direct Dealers receive 1% of orders monthly. Funds are valid for 12-months. Mean Green Distributors receive1% of orders monthly and will work directly with their dealers to approve and disburse any allocated co-op funds.How to Access Your Funds Balance: Fund balance amounts and expiration information are located onMarketingon Demand (MOD),www.GeneracMOD.com.Dealers can view their Co-Op fund balance either on their MOD homepage, or by navigating toOrders& Account Payment Funds My Funds, which shows all available and expired Co-Op funds.Expiring Funds: Generac and DR Power SSO fundsdo not roll overfrom one year to the next. All marketingactivities must becompleted by December 31 of the current calendar year to beeligible for reimbursement ofcurrent year funds. Current year funds cannot be allocated for next year's expenses.Mean Green funds added on a monthly basis and expire after 12-months. DR & GPS New Dealer expire 12-monthsfrom load-in date.How to Receive Co-Op Reimbursement Payments:All reimbursement payments are released upon approval by Generacs Marketing Department (CoOp@Generac.com), and a check or direct deposit will be remitted to the pay to account listed in Generac 360. The Co-Op reimbursement payment comes within 60 days after the claim has been moved to Process Payment. The status on your claims grid will show as Pending Payment. Dealers are encouraged to contact their MOD Marketing Assistant (SproutLoud) to enroll in direct deposit. Generac shall solely determine the eligibility of a claim and amount of reimbursement for any activity.Terms and Conditions: Dealer participation in the Generac Co-Op Program constitutes acceptance and agreement to comply with the Generac Co-Op Program as outlined in the Generac Co-Op Guidelines. Dealer understands that claims may be denied in the event that established guidelines are not adhered to. Participating in the Generac Co-Op Program and submitting claims constitutes as acceptance to all terms, conditions, and requirements of the Generac Co-Op Program which is intended to be used for the promotion of Generac, DR Power, or Mean Green products and programs.
