DR Power Pilot and Premier Trimmer Mower
The reason for the recall is to address a risk that grass and debris can accumulate in the product and ignite, posing a fire and burn risk.

The model and serial number are printed on a white label that is on the side frame of your string trimmer. You can find the manufacture date of your unit on the serial number label affixed to the side frame of the unit, which is listed in YYYYMMDD format.
What will DR Power do?
DR Power is offering consumers a free consumer remedy kit. The remedy kit will include instructions for easy installation.
What we need you to do?
Please check your trimmer mower to verify that it is a recalled unit, based on the model numbers included above. If it is a recalled unit, please stop using the trimmer mower and fill out the form below for a free repair kit.
Expectation:
Please allow DR Power 1-2 weeks to review your request for a remedy kit. If additional information is needed, we will reach out with the email provided. Once we place an order for the remedy kit you will receive an email confirmation.
