Overview

Remove saplings and brush by the roots!

The Heavy-Duty Brush Grubber is an ingenious set of forged steel jaws with penetrating metal spikes. The attachment locks fast to small saplings, allowing you to pull them right out - roots and all! Spiked jaws increase their grip to the base of the sapling as you pull. Hook a chain to the Brush Grubber and pull with your tractor, ATV or UTV. Removes saplings and stumps up to 4" thick!

The Heavy-Duty Brush Grubber has 16 no-slip-grip teeth for a strong hold on saplings and brush. Made of heavy-duty 3/4" thick steel. Grip pads rotate 360 degrees.

A good part of the system

This is a well-designed and built tool. But remember it is always part of a system. It will probably uproot saplings up to 4 thick -- if it is attached to a very strong and heavy implement. I attached the grubber to a 2-3 juniper stem, with a big 4-wheeler and winch on the other end. The winch dragged the 4-wheeler across the ground with all the wheels locked! Please remember safety rules with any cable -- they can dismember or kill!

It lives up to its name

The Heavy-Duty Brush Grubber really lives up to its name - pulling out all sizes of trees and brush. Since we live in an area called Chaparral, it's mostly scrub brush with almost no trees of 4 size the max for the tool. Have pulled out up to about 3 and many smaller, usually get the roots out, too Great tool

Have had one for years, works great on Hawthorne, Multiflora Roses (if you can get to the stump) and small Box Elders. I have used it on all angles, if there is some pressure, it grabs like the dickens! winching or run 'n snatch, it grips. I also use it to pull pallets to the rear of trailers. I too wish it was made in USA, but it works.

good product, pull unwanted bushes with ease. would have rated a 5 if made in usa and grip heads were moveable not just rotating. had some angles they were not capable of gripping, but still got the job done.
