We have two separate shipping categories and charges -- charges for standard sized items and charges for oversized items.

Standard shipping charges apply only to the standard sized items you order.
Oversized shipping charges apply only to the oversized items you order.

If your order contains both standard sized items and oversized items, the two separate charges will be combined to create the total shipping charge for your order.

Please provide a physical address for all deliveries. Country Home Products will ship your order by the carrier that provides the best service to your area. If you are not placing an order online and would like to select a specific shipping method, please notify us via live chat or phone.

RUSH DELIVERY
Expedited delivery is available on most items. Please see the Standard and Oversized shipping tabs for shipping details and charges.Rush delivery is not available on motor freight items, which includes many DR® Power Equipment products. Most expedited shipments arrive within 2 business days once they ship from our warehouse. Items that do not leave our warehouse the same day as they are ordered are noted in the checkout process.

Most items ship by UPS or USPS and generally take 3 - 10 business days to arrive at their destination, depending on your location. Total your charges for products that are not oversized, then use chart below to figure shipping. The charges below are automatically calculated on your order. All charges are for deliveries within the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact us for rates to all other areas.

Please note: All shipping charges are for deliveries within the contiguous 48 United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States. For online orders, the shipping charge for deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. and for foreign deliveries will be calculated once your order is received by Country Home Products. Your order confirmation will not reflect these amounts. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you with the exact shipping charge. Any applicable government taxes or customs fees for foreign deliveries will be charged separately by the shipper upon delivery.

We offer various delivery options for selected oversized items that are shipped by motor freight. Using the chart below, check for availability, then select the delivery option you prefer. For online orders, available delivery options will be displayed at time of purchase.

We ship to hundreds of truck terminals across the U.S. When we receive your order we will determine the trucking depot closest to you. Most will load your machine into your vehicle (you'll need to have a pickup truck or trailer).

The business you select must have a loading and off-loading facility and must accept delivery during normal business hours. Typical businesses used by our customers include feed stores, lumber yards, building supply centers, etc.

Your home and driveway must be accessible to a tractor-trailer, and someone must be home to accept delivery. Because the driver is not required to unload your machine, you should plan on having a couple of sturdy 10-foot planks (2" thick x 10" wide, minimum) and at least one or two helpers to help remove the machine from the truck.

Our most comprehensive option. Your machine will be removed from the truck by the driver and placed on the ground. Someone must be available to accept delivery, and your home and driveway must be accessible to a tractor-trailer.

We strive to ensure your total satisfaction with your new DR®. When your receive your order, we recommend you keep the box or pallet your DR was shipped in as well any packing material.

Under the conditions of our Hands-On Trial, select DR Branded Equipment purchased directly from DR Power Equipment may be returned within six months (30 days for commercial use) of its ship date. If you are not fully satisfied, simply send it back for an exchange or a full refund of the product's original price, less the standard shipping charges to and from your delivery address. Please give us a call or visit our website for full details of our Hands-On Trial. All other products, provided they have not been used, may be returned within 30 days of their ship date.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip, or you may view our repacking instructions. For special assistance with DR Power Products and large items, contact our Customer Service department. All products require a Return Authorizationfrom DR Power Equipment which can be issued via Live Chat, Email or Phone.

Replacement Parts:
If for any reason (with the exceptions of shipping damage and failures in materials or workmanship) a part needs to be returned or exchanged, it must be done within 30 days and the part must be in its original condition. All parts should be returned in original or equivalent packaging. DR Power Equipment recommends that parts be returned using a traceable service, such as UPS, as no refund will be issued until the part has been received by DR Power Equipment. Any refund will not include shipping. No COD returns will be accepted. The 6-Month Trial does not apply to parts.

All products must be returned in original or equivalent packaging. DR Power Equipment will not assume responsibility for improperly packaged returns.

Federal Law requires that all machines that utilize gasoline, oil, or other flammable liquids must be drained prior to shipment.

Gas caps and oil plugs must be left off for 24 hours prior to shipping. Please note: liability for this violation of this law resides with the sender of the shipment.

Securely repackage the item(s) (which must be in reasonable condition), fill out the Return Form sent with your order, and send it back to us with the item(s) that you wish to return by the most convenient shipping method. We recommend you send your package back by a trackable service, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post.

SHIPPING TIPS:

• If package material was not saved, use newspaper to help protect the machine in shipment.
• If your DR arrived on a pallet, the product needs to be on the footprint of the pallet, strapped down with cord or strapping material, and the item must be covered either with cardboard or plastic.
• Remove any address labels that has your address, and please affix the label that is found on the lower right hand corner of the return form to your return package.

Follow the return packaging instructions on the back of your packing slip. When obtaining a return authorization, tell us which item(s) you wish to order in exchange for the product(s) you are returning.
