Overview

Now you can add 2-3 weeks to your growing season, every year. Attach the Hiller to your machine and it will mound up soil into perfectly raised beds.

In the spring, these beds will dry out and warm up faster because they have more surface area exposed to the sun. In the fall, they'll stay warmer longer for the same reason.

Hiller Attachment

My one star is not for the product itself but for its impractical design. When I have to remove the tines before I can attach and use the hiller, the process becomes so impractical that I would never have used the hiller. Once the tiller is used for even a short length of time, it is a major effort to remove the tines. The hiller should never be advertised an attachment since it requires complete removal of the tines. The process required to use the hiller was never included in any of information I found on the web site. Had I known how difficult its use would be, I would never have ordered it.

Makes the garden look like a Master Garden

We were amazed how well the Dr Hiller attachment worked in our garden. Easy to put on! If you set the Roto Hog too deep the hiller will rock back & forth but with a very short trial and error period i'ts easy to find just the right depth to quickly make nice hills for that raised bed garden effect.

The Dr power hiller attachment works well makes a good row for planting. Just have to make sure you till the soil deep enough or it will walk to the side especially if you're on a hillside.

Q.How. Does the hiller work
We just tilled with our roto-hog And we love it. We put on the hiller and when we went forward at a slow speed the tiller rocked side to side very very strongly. What are we doing wrong. I don't believe it is supossed to be that violent. Thank you Bob,
A.I found that the only time my tiller bucked side to side was because I had not tilled deep enough

Q.how wide is the hiller attachment? and do you have one that fits an 18 inch wide tiller
A.There isn't one to measure right now. The Hiller Tines will fit a 1" shaft. The Hiller Tines will form rows 6" to 10" high. The row width will be approximately 18" wide. The closest the rows can be is about 30" center to center.
