6-Month Hands-On Trial - Details

Select DR machines purchased directly from DR Power Equipment may be returned within 6 months (30 days for commercial use) of its ship date. If you are not fully satisfied, simply send it back for an exchange or a full refund of the product’s original price, less the standard shipping charges to and from your delivery address.

Warranty Information

The following DR Products have a 2-year warranty in residential use: Trimmer / Mower, Field and Brush Mower, Roto-Hog™ Power Tiller and Mini Tiller, Powerwagon, Power Grader, Leaf and Lawn Vacuum, Chipper, Chipper/Shredder, Dump-Pro®, Versa-Pro™ Z-Mower, Stump Grinder, Wood Splitter, Backhoe and Wide-Cut Lawn Mower. The Neuton® Mower and Garden Cart also have a 2-year warranty.

Unless otherwise stated in the materials that arrive with your product, all other products we offer are protected against defects in materials and workmanship, under ordinary and normal use, for a period of one year (90 days for commercial use) from its shipping date.

Under the terms of the Warranty, DR Power Equipment may opt to repair, replace, or issue a refund for products that are defective or have sustained damage in shipping. Replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer. If DR Power Equipment chooses to accept a return under Warranty, you may return the defective or damaged product only after you call and receive a Return Authorization from DR Power Equipment. You will also receive a refund for your original shipping charges.

Please Note: The 6-Month Hands-On Trial and Warranty are not transferable and do not cover items that have been modified or damaged by abuse, usage not in accordance with product instructions, improper care, or improper maintenance.
